It depends on the process. For team productivity and collaboration we assess ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. To embed AI in a product, query systems or run a custom workflow, we assess an OpenAI API integration. The assessment determines the route.
The SellerPlus proposal details consulting, implementation, training and support. Subscriptions, API usage and infrastructure are budgeted separately. Before contracting, we clarify who provides and bills each component.
